I would rate working with Jon 10/10!! After being in an absolutely awful and horrendous car accident, the first thing I did was try to find someone I could trust in the event of a lawsuit. Jon was one of the first people I came across and boy am I glad I did! He knows his stuff. He is easy to speak with, presents you with the options every step of the way, and allows you to make decisions that works best for you. He doesn't try to persuade you in any way nor does he sugar coat anything which is very helpful in navigating a process I have never been through before. He was always available and responds quickly. I never once felt like I was waiting for a response, never felt like I couldn't understand next steps, and always felt like I had someone in my court for the last two years. I appreciate that his attentiveness and attention to detail did not waver over the course of two years. I am sure he is managing a ton at any given time, but I never felt like another number or like he wasn't on top of my case and details. He worked hard and fights tooth and nail for his clients. He goes above and beyond. I am extremely happy working with him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again god forbid I ever need to in the future.

I was in an auto accident and left clueless on what to do, I called this Law firm and received a call back by Jon Friedman shortly after. All I can say is wow. This guy knows his stuff and he went above and beyond to guide me in the right direction, he was not able to take my case and recommended me to someone else BUT he still spent 20 minutes on the phone answering questions and giving me very valuable information. I had called other lawyers all morning and pretty much gave up and didn't know what to do next until Jon called me back and now I know exactly what needs to be done.
