Jon worked hard on my case. Without him, I would've received absolutely nothing and probably would've been sent to collections because of my insurance not doing their part. They wouldn't communicate with me so I got a lawyer involved. They weren't thrilled. I hope I will never have to go through any of this kind of thing ever again in my life, but I would hire Jon again without hesitation if I needed a hardworking, competent, and caring lawyer. You hire a lawyer to get the job done and Jon will go above and beyond and think of all kinds of paths that never even occured to you to cover. I recommend him whenever anyone is talking about having trouble getting a car accident issue resolved.

Jon and Roxy are both amazing! During the whole process, Jon was straightforward and helpful. Our claim took 3 years from the date of the accident to finalization and Jon always returned calls and emails within a couple of hours and never once belittled us when we had questions or made mistakes along the way. Jon also made us feel like he genuinely cared about our wellbeing and was always concerned about how recovery was going (not just the claims process). He helped us navigate this extremely difficult process and we absolutely could not have done it without him! I cannot speak highly enough of how he dealt with our claim. Jon was able to negotiate a settlement for well above what we expected. Roxy goes above and beyond as well. At one point she spent a whole day re-copying records to send to the insurance company when they lost the first set! I would recommend Jon to anyone that has been in an accident. I hope to never need his services again, but he would be the first call I made if I did. I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars!

Hi Jon :-) Thank you and Roxy so much for all that you have done for me! I honestly do not have words that can adequately express the thankfulness I feel. Because of my faith, I believe that God brings good (blessings) out of bad and everything that happens to me is an opportunity for me to learn from if I'm willing to keep my heart open. Nothing comes my way that He hasn't allowed for my good. This accident is a real example to me of this principle. I've had a vision, dream, heart's desire for almost 40 years to have an equine business where young people could come experience having their own horse, learn to ride and how to care for a horse in exchange for helping out around the stables. The vision is to have a place (a ranch) where we can offer riding therapy, riding lessons, horse camps and clinics to at risk youth and anyone wanting a horse experience in their life. We will also offer riding lessons and weekend respite/refresh outings for high functioning autistic children and their families. I have been able to do this on a small scale with our horses for my daughter's friends since Sarah got her first horse Heart's Desire at the age of 12. That was 26 years ago :-) We have an 11 year old surrogate granddaughter that was diagnosed at age 3 with high functioning autism. Gracie has been around the horses since she was 6 months old and hanging with the horses is one place she experiences peace. I have spent the last year and a half researching and working on ways we could buy an equine boarding/training facility with enough acreage to accomplish our goals. Before my surgery, I met with SBA multiple times. They had agreed to help me bring my vision to fruition by funding the purchase of an actively operating boarding business. This has had some challenges because most of the places for sale had shut down their boarding business and just put their "home" on the market. SBA's requirement from me at that time was 5% of the purchase price. Since I first met with them in March of 2017, we have added to our equine business experience by managing a boarding facility. Because of this settlement, I now have that 5% requirement!!! God has given me a HUGE blessing! This would never have happened without you Jon! Thank you for your experience, knowledge and expertise that helped bring about this end result :-) I would like to come in tomorrow, Friday, not just to pick up this check but to personally thank you for what you did for me and how you did it...with integrity and wisdom. Jon was so incredibly helpful, I only wish I had hired him sooner! It was clear from my experience with him that he cares about his clients and their well-being. He took a very stressful situation, and dealt with it quickly and effectively, making it as painless for me as possible. I was so overwhelmed by everything involving my accident, but I was able to really focus on my recovery because of him. Having never been in an accident before, I was having a really difficult time knowing what needed to be done, and dealing with the many, many calls I was getting from the insurance company was so stressful. Jon didn't hesitate to jump right in and make sure I was on the right path to recovery, and helped me be more confident in pursuing the care I needed. His vast knowledge regarding these situations was apparent, and put me at ease. Jon provided us with exactly the straight-forward advice we needed from a lawyer for my MVA case.
