If you are a BIPOC person, PLEASE do not waste your time here. They will only expose you to more harm and disappear without explanation. I worked in the Portland legal community for 17 years, and believed the old photos and hype of their website. Only to be exposed to additional harm without the emotion intelligence to know the potential impact I could suffer as a result.
Speak with advocates who LOOK like you. Sadly, it' the only fair shot you've got in Portland. If you don’t see BIPOC represented in staff of any firm, beware.

Don't return phone calls selective in who and what they help with although their web says alot. They do nothing and I had Adam and David JUST totally ignore. All white base no black people so don't call them they seems mad
