Kafoury was extremely rude to my 20 year old daughter. She called looking for any attorney for an MVA. He basically told her the case was too small and would be a waste of his time! Had he been patient and actually listened to her he would of known her case is much bigger then it sounds. His son represented her a few years ago with a case way smaller. I guess they are too big for us little people now.

Jason Kafoury is a fast talker and doesn’t appear very experienced.
His dad, Greg Kafoury, has a massive ego and talks to Jason like a child in front of clients.
Dad and son - classic small town ambulance chasers hiding behind the cape of civil rights, in my experience.

Kafoury is an attorney's attorney. If you are a regular person, it will not be a good fit. He will rub you the wrong way, period.
Law is an art, not a formula of what will or will not be considered based on one-off's. It's time for this old dog to retire.

I was glad to have Greg Kafoury and staff on my team fighting the insurance company after a dog bite injury. There were other attorneys that told me it would be too hard to fight the insurance or that the meager sum I was being offered to settle was acceptable. Although nothing can erase the physical and emotional injuries I endured, Kafoury and team worked to get a settlement that would benefit me.
