I called for a 'Free consultation' regarding an auto loan fiasco I was dealing with. The gentleman I spoke with (probably Jeremiah, sorry!) was very friendly, insightful and seemed to genuinely inform me the best he could, despite not being an actual client. He even advised me on the costs/benefits of hiring a lawyer for my case compared to trying to work with or settle with my loan company directly. In the end there wasn't much he could do, which I'm glad he was honest about, but the information he gave me boosted my confidence in knowing I was doing the right thing, as best I could. I really appreciated the help and subsequently came to an acceptable agreement with my loan company. Thank you!
