I did not communicate directly with Mr. Kennedy regarding my situation, but rather through one of his associates. Still, the advise I received was pragmatically very effective in informing me how he felt I should proceed with my case (still pending). I appreciated his professionalism in that he didn't let personal morality influence the advise he offered.
