Truly devoted to the overall success of the case After a long and tiresome telephonic harassment ordeal that lead to my civil case I was very fearful and apprehensive to push any topics. Micheal was caring of my personal feelings and experiences, mental welfare and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was fully understanding of the steps being taken and what would be gained by them. I needed medical treatment for an exacerbated injury that required surgery after a an accident. My own insurance didn't want to pay for anything (but for a $35 urgent care visit.)
