Chenoweth Law helped me quickly sort out an issue involving power of attorney and estate planning documents.

Really glad I found these guys when i did about a year ago. I was being sued by a client who basically had more money than sense. I called AT LEAST 30 attorneys! Chenoweth was one if 4 that even returned my call. After helping me with the lawsuit, , and getting my insurance to cover me (and take over defense) I then hired them to make a formal contract for my construction company, , you know one that's actually enforceable, and I just really can't put into words what having someone in YOUR best interests is worth, in such a scary situation! Destiny Shelton has helped Me with so much more than what I can put into words! I highly recommend this law firm. I'll continue to be a client.

My attorney was fired by the group, then they replaced him for my case with another attorney. The replacement attorney is very unhelpful and adversarial. I think he's irritated that he got stuck with my case. He didn't even know what state my case was in and sent me case law that was not even correct. but happy to charge me! Not pleases with this representation.

Brian and team listened to my concerns and helped the case stay on track to achieve the results I wanted. They were more concerned with getting me what I wanted and made adjustments on their side to accommodate the end goal. I was happy to get closure and the end result.

Brooks Foster drug out my lawsuit so long that the laws were changed making my case null and void, and still charged full amount. Then Toby Borst refered me to do real estate business with his associates, who are known criminals (fresh out of a 5 year sentence for aggravated theft) without disclosing their past, who subsequently took my house. Overpriced, shady, and to be avoided at all costs. *Update to response* I have not received any communication from Chenowith Law as stated, and the review is ENTIRELY FACTUAL

I hired Brooks Foster to represent my family on a litigation matter threatening real property. We were getting no traction as a pro se litigants. Partner Brooks Foster is a wonderful writer and represented us through summary judgment and on appeal, where we prevailed. The caliber of the work done by Brooks, Bradley and Skye on the appeal was very very good; however, the firm is expensive (exceeding budget by $10,000). I would use them on the most important of legal issues, but may be too expensive on other less vital matters. My wife remains a client.

I do not recommend this law firm. Very expensive and not efficient with their time.
