David covered more ground in 1 hour than I have experienced with other attorneys. He was real, and told me clearly what is realistic. He set me on a good course and I will be grateful.

David provided me with the knowledge and advice I needed to successfully navigate my divorce. His assistant Tarrah was fantastic to work with as well. I was charged a reasonable fee to prepare, edit and file all of the documentation. Meetings via Zoom were set up in a timely fashion and my questions and concerns were answered promptly. Although this was a difficult experience, I believe David helped to make it as smooth as possible for me. I would highly recommend hiring David if the need arises.

David I Bean has helped me with renewing my Restraining Order against my aggressive and dishonest ex during COVID-19. David takes my case seriously. He approached me and try to sort out my issues although he could ask his assistant to do intake on behalf of him and let me have a longer wait. However he didn't. David let me have time and space so that I can bring the most useful resources related to the issues. He listens very well. David can react to a new situation and transition it smoothly. We went to the Court for a in-person hearing, but it turned out to be a phone hearing. David was able to fast response how to deliver certain tasks to proper person/Judge to get things going seamlessly. David cares about community. He donates his time and knowledge and help me to become a better person. In a word, David is a lawyer with good heart. It was a great experience to learn from this excellent human being, Lawyer David I Bean.

David Bean was more sympathetic to the man I was divorcing than my needs. I wanted the divorce to include 50/50 for our child - I am not an unfair person. David does not relate well to woman. Go elsewhere if you are female. Mistake.

I've been impressed by his knowledge of family law procedures and laws. As well he has a keen ability to settle a case without unnecessarily running up the bill with silly lawyer antics.

David, has been a clueless and disinterested lawyer, all throughout my divorce. He made me waste time and money at every step, driven only by charging hours and doing very little to solve the dispute.

I worked with David for about 9 months through a truly bitter divorce back in 2011. It was complicated by business interests which required more discovery than the usual divorce. At no time did I feel that David or Wyse Kadish billed wantonly. In fact, David did a good job to help me anticipate costs, and provided tips on how to assure I not inadvertently run up bills. Among his suggestions: covering multiple issues in one email, rather than peppering him with multiple emails; and setting up short calls or meetings with a structured agendas for time-effiency. Clearly my experience with David was good. He knows intuitively when to mediate, when to aggressively negotiate, and when to interject his killer sense of humor. Finally, David understands how tough divorce is. He doesn't try to demonize the opposing party like some attorneys I interviewed. And he doesn't pander to the pain that we all experience as we endure this process. I found David to be a tireless advocate, sincere and forthright, and feisty but compassionate. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

David is an excellent attorney who I had the honor to work with through my recent divorce. An excellent lawyer. Smart and ethical. Prompt and efficient. Very skilled at trial litigation. I had an excellent experience with David and all of the staff at Wyse-Kadish. Divorce/custody mediation and litigation are dreadful experiences. However, you’ll be in good hands with Wyse-Kadish and David in particular. I highly recommend.

Mr. Bean was good with the basics of our case (modification of parenting plan). However, the background of our case was complex and Mr. Bean was inexperienced in these complexities. This produced anxiety for our family and a huge bill one month. He and his firm did "research" and produced a summary document, costing us thousands of dollars. None of this produced anything of value for us and none of it was relevant to the SINGLE legal issue at hand. The summary document provided information already available to the Judge as well. He also billed us for 10 hours of prep time for a single 2-3 hour trial that had one SINGLE issue, which had already brought to the court in ex parte. This prep time did not include emails and setting up witness testimony. He and his firm were more expert at running up our bill than dealing with an incompetent respondent representing himself ex parte. His firm charges were thousands of dollars in excess of the results produced in our view. When challenged, he consulted his senior partner. They did waive the last bill (about 1000 dollars, though almost half of that bill were for services provided after we "fired" him). He did issue us a $250 refund as well. Hardly compensating, though. My wife and I have hired a new lawyer and have moved on. Our new lawyer has been much more effective and, though costly, at least his time has been spent productively.

David just helped me through a very long and drawn out divorce. He spent the last 18 months fighting for my rights against a very unreasonable woman. David was extremely professional and attentive while having my best interests at heart. When we finally went to court David was incredible and very skilled. I am glad a good friend recommended him and couldn't be happier. While the divorce was very trying David kept my spirits up and added just enough humor to keep me smiling. As my title states I could go on forever about my experience with David.
