They are all over it making my life easier

Scott Sell is caring, professional, and genuine. I had some questions that I needed answered, and though my case wasn't viable for them, he still took a good chunk of time answering questions and really helping me to understand the landscape. He didn't have any reason to be as helpful as he was, I'm worth nothing to him. But he took his time anyways until I understood it all. What more can you ask for in life than kind people, especially when you're going through enough already. If Scott is a representation of the other folks at this firm, count your blessings.

JC Ramelle is a nom de plume for L. Margarita Samra and I am writing this review as a client of TCNF and specifically Sydney Montanaro. In a word (because there are not enough of them to accurately describe her) ~ extraordinary!! I worked for 17 years in the field of personal injury law, but when I was injured at work I hadn't a clue about Workers' Comp law. I believe I was divinely guided to Sydney and couldn't be more grateful for her and her handling of my case. She explained everything in digestible bites and stayed in touch with me over the ensuing two (2) plus years. She listened to me and heard what I was saying. In my experience, that's a rare gift/talent and Sydney has it in spades!! She is genuinely compassionate, empathetic, caring and kind. Generous of her time and energies as she pursed the case on my behalf ~ and now that it has reached its conclusion I have no doubt that I could contact her with any questions down the road and she'd be there in a heartbeat to help. I would also like to thank Sydney's team ~ all top of the charts! Who knew someone so young (and tiny!) could be such a fierce and successful advocate for Oregon workers?? Sydney most definitely is just that! Should anyone reading this post find themselves in need of a WC attorney ~ without hesitation or reservation I would most definitely recommend Sydney Montanaro.

A simple narrative won't do them justice. Songs should be written. Epic poems should be written. A lifetime of lunches should be provided. On July 7, 2022 I was hit by a car while crossing an intersection on my bike. I was hospitalized for 4 days with a fractured hip, and on the fifth day I called Cynthia and Amber. They guided and supported me through one of the most difficult years of my life. I would've been lost without them. There was no way I could've possibly figured out health and auto insurance coverage along with getting paid for lost wages and the final payment for pain and suffering. I would've been crushed by anxiety on top of the physical pain. Amber, I'm sorry for all the emails describing my hip pain, my doctor appointments, and my fears about my future. My apologies to Cynthia who was cc'd on all those emails. Amber and Cynthia bouyed my spirit for a full year while working tirelessly for my financial well being. I am so glad I made that phone call. I am so grateful. They seriously went above and beyond all expectations. If you ever need legal representation, I'm sorry. Sucks to be there. But TCNF, Cynthia and Amber, will get you through this. A recommendation? A review? There aren't enough stars. And words can't begin.

Mr. Scott Sell took on my difficult case and won. 4 days after my serious head injury occurred at work in early 2022 luckily I realized I needed help with this and that I needed to talk to an attorney ASAP. Frankly I was scared and had no idea what to do, but I knew I needed help. When I met with Sydney Montanaro from Thomas, Newton, Coon and Frost I was treated respectfully, professionally and most important empathetically. This firm was the first and only that I called. My claim took up most of the entire year as I recovered. I most certainly would not have, and I mean would NOT have been able to properly recover and get the treatments and care I needed, much less the comp pay I needed to survive without Sydney on my side. Scott was incredibly helpful in navigating a Social Security denial, a hearing, an appeal at the Federal level, and a subsequent hearing! The office staff were always available to answer questions. Though the process was stressful, Scott and his team made it as smooth as possible!
