I had an amazing experience working with Chris Thomas and Cynthia Newton after getting hit by a car riding my bike home from work. Chris and Cynthia guided me through an extremely complex process during a very difficult time for me and ended up securing a very good outcome for my case. They were able to explain the legal process and my options in a way that made the whole experience feel pretty easy and straightforward. This allowed me to focus on my own health and livelihood while still being sure I was getting everything that I was entitled to. I would definitely recommend seeking the help from TCN&F to anyone who has been in an accident.

Chris helped me through a bike crash against a car that didn't stop in a STOP sign. I really appreciated the calm, honorable and disciplined approach of the firm. They really allowed me to take the care I needed to recover, without rushing me, prioritizing taking the time and attention I needed to heal well. I started my process trying to get Social Security disability with Melissa as my attorney and Erin was her assistant. I was in contact primarily with Erin throughout the whole ordeal. She always kept me informed and would get back to me promptly whenever I had questions or concerns through emails. Even when I would get anxious, or frustrated with the process, Erin would help me work through it and make me feel more at ease. She worked hard helping me understand everything, which helped me be confident and prepared when we went to trial. We won the case so quickly, I was almost confused as Erin had prepared me so well! I highly recommend this law firm for anybody who is seeking Social Security benefits due to disability! Erin is the best!!!

Really appreciated my experience working with Chris Frost and the other staff. Always available for questions, and it was relieving knowing I had an advocate to understand the complications of workman's comp law. Chris did a great job explaining options, and I never felt pressured to go one way or another. Would highly recommend.

I couldn't be much happier with my experience with TCNF. Scott was easy to work with, and his legal assistant was great as well. They were always quick to respond to questions and concerns, and explained each step of the process so it was less of a mystery. They told me what I needed to do and what documentation I needed, and guided me through the entire process. By the time of my appeal hearing, I knew exactly what to expect, say and do so there weren't any surprises. Even after the appointment, they explained what to expect and when.
