In September of 2010 I was falsely accused of " theft three", a misdemeanor crime, by my employer. At 50 plus years of age I had never been accused of any crime so I was scared and humiliated. My plea was of course "not guilty". After my first meeting with Lauren, I knew I was in good hands and that having her on my side was a blessing. My trial was in March 2011 with a jury of 6 and I was acquitted and all charges were dropped. I have Lauren to thank!! She is smart, resourceful, very knowledgeable, professional and an excellent litigator, but as important as these attributes are for an attorney, she also possesses a remarkable calm, confidence & kindness. Her preparation for trial was impeccable, her approach to my case brilliant and her demeanor in court was exemplary. Lauren Schmidt-Dipaola is an outstanding lawyer and I would highly recommend her!!!
