Travis Mayor did a great job managing my auto accident. Was very easy to work with and always responded to any questions I had and did so in a timely fashion. He was persistent making sure I received a fair settlement and that I felt comfortable during the process. I would recommend Maylor Law to anyone that is need of his services.

I was in a car accident that wasn't my fault a month before the COVID outbreak. A person ran a red light and totaled my vehicle. I thought I was going to die. Luckily, I survived, but I had injuries that required medical attention. The other person's insurance was telling me I had to release my medical records & sign documents and send them to them to be covered for treatments. This didn't feel right so I did some research and called a few lawyers. Mayor Law LLC stood out due to all the great reviews. Mr. Mayor's office quickly contacted me back. They asked me a few questions and later that day Mr. Mayor said he'd be glad to take my case. I was relieved since nobody else called me back (I don't know if it was due to the COVID outbreak or what). I do have to admit it was a little weird not meeting my lawyer in person, but it was at the height of the COVID pandemic, and I just had to trust my gut, and my gut told me everything was going to be ok. It was. Mr. Mayor's office was very good at keeping me informed of what was going on, staying in contact with me, and emailing documents to be signed. My case took a while because it took a long time for me to get in to see the doctors for appointments due to COVID. I went through more than 2 years of neck and wrist braces, x-rays, MRIs, surgery, & physical therapy. Mr. Mayor got me a lost wage settlement (around the 1-year mark) since I was unable to work due to my injuries. With some very tight budgeting it got me through for a while. Finally, the day came when the insurance company for the person who caused the accident made an offer for the settlement. I was nervous since insurance companies are notorious for screwing over people. Mr. Mayor got the max amount for me that they could pay out. I was very pleased. It was the max they could pay, but still felt it wasn't enough. Mr. Mayor informed me that we were also waiting for an offer from my insurance. My insurance made an offer. Of course, the insurance company I had been with for 16 years didn't want to pay out much. I was insulted. Here I had been paying full coverage for 16 years with no accidents and an excellent driving record and they didn't want to fully compensate me. I refused the offer. Mr. Mayor had his work cut out for him with my insurance company. Finally! My insurance company made an offer for the max amount they could pay out. I accepted it. Mr. Mayor offered to send me the check, but I needed to finally meet him and his staff in person. I went and picked up my check in person. I got to meet him and his staff and thank them in person for all that they have done. Mr. Mayor and his team worked very hard for me to get me fully compensated for my injuries and I greatly appreciate them. I don't think another lawyer would have been able to do this. I'm so glad they decided to take my case. To Mr. Mayor and his team THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, so much for all the hard work and help you did for me. If I could give you 10 stars out of 5 I would. I would 1,000% recommend Mayor Law's office to anyone injured in a car accident. I would definitely use them again, but let's hope I never will have to.
