Mr. Fuller did an outstanding job on a credit case of mine. He provided excellent communication, legal advice, direction and support on an over two year case that wound it's way through the legal system. Mr. Fuller was outstanding in his understanding of the law and the ability to interact with the courts to reach a settlement. Mr. Fuller utilized appropriate resources where needed but showed fiscal restraint as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Fuller as an attorney to anyone who has a credit issue.

After a long and tiresome telephonic harassment ordeal that lead to my civil case I was very fearful and apprehensive to push any topics. Micheal was caring of my personal feelings and experiences, mental welfare and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was fully understanding of the steps being taken and what would be gained by them. He personally called me with new information and was willing to listen to all my fears and worries regarding the case. After a year of hard work and persistent he was able to bring an end to this horrible chapter in my life with not only a protection clause for me but a settlement of $80,000. I would trust Mr. Fuller for any future cases I may have as well as referring my friends and family to him for their needs.

Having lived for ahem, 50 years I have used the services of a few attorneys. My experience with Michael was a delightfully different provider/client relationship. The retainer wasn't the first topic of conversation. Mine was a complicated case and he took the time to discuss my needs and gave me a realistic assessment of what I could expect, and then he over delivered! Simply put if you want the best Attorney for a Bankruptcy I would recommend Michael Fuller. He is very knowledgeable, and most importantly VERY responsive. There are few, if any, Attorneys in todays world that will respond to a question or comment in minutes; not hours; not days; not weeks; that you may have to wait to hear from other Attorneys. One more important fact, our Bankruptcy took place several years ago and Michael Fuller is still on top of anything that needs to be done.

Michael Fuller took our case after we filed bankruptcy, our mortgage company began calling our phone threatening foreclosure even though I was trying to work with them on getting caught up.. The calls began to be more frequent, more threatening, questioning my moral and family values and basically making me feel like scum... I didn't know my rights and felt like all I could do is let them take my home.. Michael explained that the mortgage company was violating our rights by using illegal collection calls to intimidate us. Michaels knowledge, professionalism, and true compassion for the common person gave us the courage to sue our mortgage company and helped to secure a six figure settlement out of court that included total satisfaction of our mortgage...Don't be bullied by creditors, learn what your rights are and if you have to hire an attorney to stop illegal collection actions, Michael Fuller is the best. I filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy some time ago, pro se (which I would NOT recommend anyone do). I received my discharge and was on my way to recovery, at least that is what I thought. This lawyer took my case pro bono and sued Verizon for me. Verizon quickly apologized, reversed its charges, and paid me $5k for my suffering. Micheal Fuller did a good job. I have a mental disability and he was patient and treated me like a equal.

Michael patiently answered my every phone call and email and when he said “it’s been taken care of” or “don’t worry” he was Right On!!!
