The attorney was great throughout the case. When it came crunch time for the final judgement, they never sent in my response. I sent them my marked up document over a month before it was due to the court. The court says nothing was submitted and therefore the other party was awarded everything they asked for. Tried to work with Corey Law to fix this, they refused and said good luck.

I highly recommend this firm. Mr. Corey is a zealous advocate for his clients.

In June 2023 I filed for divorce with Mariah Mudgett retained as my attorney. At first I was terrified about the choice I was making and the amount of money it costs to hire good representation, but within the first few weeks of having her as my attorney it was clear that I made the right choice to retain her and let her handle it from there. Mariah rapidly filed all necessary paperwork to get a temporary order in place to ensure that my child and I were not displaced out of her home, to ensure that my ex understood the parameters of what you can and cannot do in a divorce and she ensured that there was support ordered being that I’ve always been the primary parent and he was withholding all of our money. Mariah is incredibly tenacious in her work yet able to empathize with you as her client to ensure that you feel comfortable with the decisions being made regarding your divorce and custody. She wants to settle your matter without costly trials if she is able to and is not an attorney that will string you along to try and end up in court so that she makes money. She knows the laws, has many connections and colleagues through Oregon and will always remind you that at the end of the day she represents you and your decisions as you are her client. Mariah was able to settle my contentious divorce in mediation in 10 months and got me everything I wanted without going to a costly trial. If you are considering retaining an attorney for your legal or custodial matters I highly recommend Mariah Mudgett at least be one you have a consult with because I assure you, you wont regret it.
