The best firm ever. The minute i walked in and talked with Jonathan i knew i found the right firm. The first thing he did was hear our story and then asked a couple of questions then made an outline for us. He told us how much we would possibly spend but it was all worth it. Thanks to them my husband was able to get his green card less that a year and a half. The thing i really like about them is they send me copies of everything that they sent to immigration. All I would have to say is the i highly recommended them for any immigration process. Thank you so much and may god bless you.

Chris Roy fought for me when my private disability company, Unum, suddenly cancelled my disability payment I am permanently disabled, but the insurance company thought otherwise. And they set out to prove it with doctors and consultants that never examined me. The result was a proliferation of false and misleading opinions that the insurance company used to justify the cancellation of my monthly benefit payments. He understood the issues and was very familiar with Long Term Disability Insurance company tactics. The appeal was filed. Shortly thereafter, Unum reversed their decision, and restored my disability payments. I would not hesitate one moment to recommend his services.

I became acquainted with Chris Roy when I needed help with a disability claim that had been approved and then denied. In searching for an attorney, I found that attorneys that understand private disability claims are few and far between. I actually contacted an attorney with who I am personal friends and the closest legal firm that he could suggest was in Seattle, Washington. I have found Chris very down to earth but also very knowledgeable in this type of law. My case is against an insurance company that held the long-term disability for employees where I worked. He has succeeded in winning the first stage of my case and is currently working on the next stage. He knows the law and quotes it to the denying insurance company and then combs through their reasonings and formulates a plan for me to follow. He has taken a great deal of the burden of providing information by being organized and thorough. My wife and I recently completed the immigration process for Visa K with the Jeffrey Gonzales immigration team and felt strongly compelled to write a review because of the excellent experience we had. I am from Mexico and entered the US illegally in the '90s. I had been working on trying to fix my situation ever since we were married 8 yrs ago, but every lawyer we met with in Minnesota advised us not to do it because the odds of us being approved were so low. It was extremely frustrating and stressful to live with the day to day issues caused by my undocumented status, so we were determined to find a solution. Some friends of ours in Oregon recommended Jeffrey Gonzales team as the best immigration lawyers in the country so we went out there to meet with them. We quickly saw why! They immediately put us at ease, telling us our case was good and describing their high success rate with cases like ours. They seemed very in touch with exactly what was happening in US immigration, as well as on the Mexican side of the border. We signed up right away to work with them and never looked back. Over the 2 yrs it took to resolve our case, we were in constant contact over phone and email. We never had any issues with paperwork or questions working remotely from Minnesota. There were several lawyers that worked on our case (Sam Hayden, Jonathan Gonzales and Jeri Gonzales) and they all were pleasant to work with, well informed and diligent about making sure everything was done correctly.
