When I was searching for an attorney to help me with my LTD claim that was denied I searched the net. I filled out a form to be contacted by different LTD attorneys and after hitting send I was contacted by Danielle within about 90 seconds. WOW! Danielle is one of Chris's assistants. I scheduled an interview with Chris, checked out any reviews I could find and hired the firm. My disability is of an Idiopathic nature which means its very hard to prove. Danielle was relentless in gathering all my info and Chris finalized the appeal with plenty of case study. I was half expecting to get a second denial as was discussed but the denial was overturned and the claim was accepted! I can without hesitation recommend hiring this law firm. I am so glad I did. Chrisl Roy of Roy Law provided the services necessary for me to obtain my disability income from my private insurance. As many others I tried to get my disability on my own and was denied twice. I then looked for help and found Roy Law. What a blessing Chris Roy and his staff have been. They took over all communications with the insurance but kept me updated on each correspondence. I had long term disability insurance for 20 years when I could no longer work do to a progressive disease I submitted a claim with my doctors support to insurance company. To my amazement I was Declined benifits and my appeal for benifits was also Declined. That process took over a year!
