You can’t go wrong hiring Darrin Class and Malorie Quinlan to represent your disability claim. My case was not the standard disability claim. The insurance company had denied my claim. Despite a well written, researched, and documented appeal citing case law put together by Darin and Malorie, the insurance company was set to deny the appeal. Darrin and Malorie put together a great response to the insurance company’s pre-denial letter emphasizing my disability history, new medical information, additional case law, and a response to the insurance company’s reviewing physicians’ findings. Because of their expertise, hard work and prompt responses, my claim was approved. They are truly experts in dealing with disability insurance companies. Don’t go it alone. The insurance companies are not your friend. Their job is not pay you what you are intitled to. Hire Darrin and Malorie. You will not be sorry.

I would give Roy Law LLC a 10-star rating if I could. I was denied medical benefits twice by Aetna (who was my medical insurance provider through my employer) and needed help desperately. i hired this firm to represent me with a Long Term Disability claim provided by my employer. We recently won my case and they have been very responsive and helpful all along during the process even though the insurance company threw up roadblocks all along the way. I began having a medical condition that caused me to stop working after 42 years. I was grateful to find out that my company had me enrolled in a long term disability insurance program. When I first began my new life of not working, I had thought that the long term disability insurance would take care of me. I was sooo wrong. The first few months were a short term disability nightmare. After the short term was completed, I transitioned to long term disability. The insurance company told me that my experience would improve and I would have a follow up in a couple years. That was not true. After attempting to deal with my disability insurance company on my own and getting nowhere I found Chris Roy. He doesn't generally take cases like mine, however after reading up on it he took it out of principle. Chris and his staff were great to deal with, they were compassionate, caring and understanding. I recently was in need of an Attorney that specializes in Long Term Disability Insurance. I was denied after I had been previously approved for Long Term Disability from my companies insurance carrier Sun Life. Everyone please understand that if you are initially approved, all insurance carriers can after 2 years re-evaluate your case. The majority of these cases that go under this type of re-evaluation are denied. I looked up and called several Attorney offices some on the national level and some local offices.
