My case was transferred to BCL from a different law office that was unorganized and created a very big mess out of my case. Ashleah and Mireya not only cleaned up the mess, but they made sure I received much more of the settlement funds that the previous lawyers would not have given me. They completely changed my perception of injury lawyers. They were transparent, kind, and always had my best interest at heart. They answered all my emails and texts quickly and even spent over a hour with me on Zoom when they first got my case. I was hesitant to trust another lawyer but Ashleah made me feel immediately seen and heard. These guys are wonderful to work with! Easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Even a year after my case was closed and I had a flare up and needed to get some chiropractic services, Jim Dwyer helped me by submitting my bill to the insurance and fighting for them to pay. His assistant, Savannah is great! She communicates effectively and is great to deal with. I couldn’t have done this myself, insurance companies are not fun to deal with and in my experience, they are pushy bullies! Jim went to bat for me and handled ALL of it. The price was so fair for how much he did! They even got my minor son’s settlement all hooked up with the bank to set up his account. Above and beyond constantly!!!

I recently used this law firm for my injury case that happened last year, Ashleah was my attorney and her assistant is Mireya. I will say the communication was great, they were responded in a timely fashion, Ashleah was upfront with what she thought we could get and any costs. She explained things at a level I could understand. They were very patient with me because at one point I was ready to give up. The one thing I do love about Ashleah is her heart for people and for helping others when I read how she gives back to her community I was assured that she really does care about people. I'm hoping to never have a car accident again but if so, I would return to her. Thank you for your time and services.
