Dwyer and his assistant Savannah did a fantastic job helping me with a car accident case. He fought for me to get fair compensation for the accident, gave solid and dependable advice and even when I was challenging to get a hold of- they never gave up! Even several years after the accident and settlement they pursued getting me more compensation for being under insured and offered a very fair rate for doing so. I'm very thankful for the personable and compassionate experience I've had with them. I highly recommend!!!

Although dealing with a MVA is never pleasant, Roy and his team made it clear and relatively simple to navigate the process.  I really appreciated the professionalism, wise counsel, and obvious effort they made to get the maximum reasonable benefit for my claim, and to fully address all the details.  I would not hesitate to recommend this law practice to anyone in a similar situation after a MVA.  Honestly I've never been inclined to actively recommend an attorney I've worked with before, so for me that's saying a lot - they were great.

I am so thankful to Roy and his team for helping me get a decent settlement for my MVA. My 2 year time limit was about to expire and all I had was a very low offer from the insurance of the person who hit me. His team worked fast and got my paperwork in. They also worked expertly with my doctor and the opposing insurance company to come to a settlement quickly so I didn't need to do a deposition or other things that would have prolonged resolution. Roy and his team were a pleasure to work with, answering my questions thoroughly, getting back to me quickly. I would highly recommend them!

After two attorneys turned me down, a friend refered me to Pat Reese at Heiling-Dwyer. A woman ran a red light, totaled my car, denied liability and her insurance company, State Farm, was rude and uncooperative. They refused to return calls from my insurance company. My case was difficult because I had prior treatments for my back and neck from falls. Although my car was totaled, the photos did not look that bad. That did not deter Mr. Reese. He listened, discussed our options, and returned phone calls promptly and was always available despite the COVID lockdown. All i wanted was to have my medical bills covered without having extensive litigation. After reviewing the medical information, Pat Reese suggested that instead of using the quick option that would limit my judgement to $10K, that we consider the longer option. The initial offer from State Farm exceeded $10K, but he was willing to fight for more, and he got it for me, so there was something left over for me after paying the medical bills. I don't like attorneys even though I AM one. Mr. Reese was a joy to work with, a man of compassion and integrity. After my 40 years of practicing law, he is in the top 1% of excellent advocacy.
