James was so easy to work with very professional with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend him.

I have hired James and met with James for consolations/advice for nearly 15 years now. I no longer live in the Portland area and I will call him first before asking any attorneys in my area. I truly trust him. He has the experience to show his worth but he also has the heart and genuinely cares for your situation. He still remembers things from 15 years ago about my case. He always made sure that I was getting the most out of what I could afford and I never felt like he overcharged. I owe him so much for everything he has done for me and my child. I was a very young single mom 15 years ago that could not afford much and I took a chance on James. I am so glad that I did. He really is the best. I am referring one of my close friends to him at this very moment which is why I came to write this review.

I would recommend James King to anyone going through a divorce. He was very compassionate and understanding throughout the whole process. He informed me on how cases like mine would normally turn out if we went to court, although made it clear where there WAS wiggle room in my favor (which I appreciated). The whole process turned out fairly simple & I was glad to have James's support.

Very efficient in helping my ex wife with her completely fabricated stories and essentially trying to strip away my rights as a father for my two children. Would highly recommend to anyone who is trying to do the wrong thing and has ulterior motives. Perfect lawyer for those that have a challenged moral compass. I am so glad I served in combat to protect your freedom.

I hired Mr. King to help with recovering assets my ex decided to keep because he thought simply he was entitled to it. My situation was very stressful as i needed to recover this in order to pay for the coinsurance for a surgery my son will need to get in january. Mr. King was extremely compassionate to my situation.
