When my previous attorney refused to finish the job he was paid for, I was referred to Seifman & Pond. It was a blessing. Jeff is a classy character, extremely knowledgable and was professional throughout the entire painful process. He answered all my calls and emails promptly, unlike other attorneys! I hired Jeff Siefman to represent me on a domestic dispute that led to my arrest in October. Jeff was very upfront and informative when I came to him about a no contact order that was placed that neither myself or significant other asked for. Jeff had the no contact order lifted within in 3 days and had my case dropped to a violation with no jail time and minimal fines and he gauranteed this level of commitment throughout the entirety of my case. Jeff Siefman did a outstanding job when representing me on a Probation Violation Criminal Case in Clackamas County. We were in between a rock and a hard space as a result of it being a probation violation because at that point I had already admitted guilt in the matter that gave me the violation. I had always used public defenders prior to luckily being able to retain Mr.Siefman. Facing 18 months in Prison for my mistake Mr Siefman spent diligent time going over multiple cases until he found a loop hole. Jeff was recommended to me by a family member after his DUII. While my offense was similar, it was a bit more complicated. It didn't take long to realize that Jeff Siefman was willing and able to tackle all aspects of my arrest. He even paid close attention to the reports returned to the court from my intervention group. I was surprised to see that, in the verbal vs legal terms, how much difference a word or two here or there makes in the final document issued to the court.
