So Thankful for having them help with our case! My husband will finally be able to see his family after 5 years.

I started as a DACA recipient, did an advance parole in the process. I was scared to leave the country and not be able to come back. But I was super easy and beneficial be cause now i have my green card and with this advance parole legal entry I was able to speed up the process.

I entered the United States being smuggled. I thought this would hinder my case greatly but thanks to the direction of Gonzales they helped me apply for a waiver so this incident would make my application to a green card process easier. Gonzales has helped so many of my family members and we now have fixed status to be with one another and some are even citizens!

I was a Daca recipient we reached out to Gonzales Law Offices for a consultation, and I learned about the possibility of Advanced Parole. I was nervous and scared at first because I was unfamiliar with the process and didn’t personally know anyone who had done it before, but they reassured me, that it was alright. In my community it is nerve wracking to try and travel and you worry about not being able return with your family. I was able to travel with no problems and visit my family and I am so grateful to have been able to do this. I then was able to get my Green Card in about three months after returning from my trip, and so now I am able to feel much more safe and secure with my status.

Lost proof of my 245i approval and was still able to win my case while remaining in Portland. The officer during my immigration interview was rude and raised his voice but I was still able to obtain my Green Card.

I was not sure if they were going to approve my case because when I was traveling to Seattle the highways got us unintentionally to Canada! USCIS found out and claimed i left the government and i was detained in Tacoma. Thought the case was finished and ready to go back to Mexico but I found hope and talked to Jeff about how we can resolve this matter. Due to the circumstances we only have 50% of winning this case. The decision of approval was decided way sooner then expected ! That was such a pleasant surprise and weight off my shoulder. Every case is different but do not fear your case find a attorney like Jeff who did great work and ask the questions!

I got my GC with this office. I had a fraud issue in my case and my waiver was approved and I am not able to travel back to Mexico because of this office. I am very happy with their services.
