Rachel came into our lives when we needed help with our daughter from Mexico. Our daughter was undocumented and we had no idea what the steps we needed to take in order for her to become the American citizen she should be! Rachel advised us on what the government would require and the best game plan in order to help Lupe. She worked with us on getting guardianship, finding an adoption attorney, filing with immigration and finally getting that sacred green card. If we could adopt Rachel we would! She was there with us every step of the way - even when we moved to VA she came out for the immigration hearing. I would not have trusted our daughter with anyone but her and I bless her everyday!
