Gary is an outstanding attorney. He listened and gave advise. Both him and his staff kept me apprised of everything as it unfolded during my workers comp case. If I had a question it was answered, if I faxed documents, they were acknowledged. Gary is a fantastic person all around. Very upbeat and positive. Gary helped me get the settlement that was fair. Explained why we were asking what we asked as a settlement and during the mediation explained how the negotiation worked and why. During my mediation I could tell that he is highly respected by the Workers Comp attorney, the various doctors that he had to work with for me and most importantly the Judge. I got on workman's comp after slipping at work, tearing up my knee to something that wasn't on the document once I needed to have surgery they put me in a almost year long run around a stop paying me after certain doctor's note that was through the doctor's note that I had the whole time once I got referred to Gary Borden and Marcy (sorry if I spelled it wrong) they've been helping me along the way and it's been great even though my case has not been fully settled just yet I'm still really highly recommend him for workman's comp case.

I was in an accident at work back in August of 2018. After jumping through all the hoops and going to every doctor, physical therapy appointment and every other specialist the workers compensation insurance company sent me to, I get like I was running in circles and going nowhere. I was still working and still in pain. So I started looking for what my rights were. I believe I called 3 other attorneys who’s case loads were too heavy or wouldn’t help because I was still working. Then I found Gary Borden. He and Marcy were able to get more done in a few months than i was able to do in the previous year depending and waiting on the workers compensation people. Gary also was able to get me a significant settlement as well. Hopefully I will not ever have to go through this again but if I do, Gary and Marcy will be my first call. Thank you for everything!
