Mark Barzda and Elizabeth Elkington have gone above and beyond with a complex parenting case. Their professionalism, compassion, wisdom, legal expertise has been invaluable. We have encountered many unbelievable circumstances, that they have been able to deftly navigate and overcome. I could not have a better team and they are truly saving our family day by day. I cannot express how grateful I am to them. They have stuck with us through the thick and thin. Unfortunately, I have had experience with two other attorneys in the Portland area who can never even hold a candle to what these two are. Their office staff is also extremely professional and responsive and I could not imagine a better team to be with. Thank you all so much!

I just want to thank the staff at Gevurtz Menashe. My attorney Mark and his assistant Damarise where professional and gave me the information that I needed in a way that I could understand it. I just wish I had Mark and his staff as my first attorney. I was very happy with how they handled everything in my case. I would have no problems referring anyone to them.

My wife and I have been working with Amy and she's fantastic! Very good at explaining complicated legal stuff, and super thorough; she's always made sure to give us detailed instructions when we need to do something, and she's gone back and made multiple edits to various contracts to make sure they perfectly reflect what what we wanted. We'll definitely be working with Amy again in the future!

We utilized the services of this law firm for divorce and custody issues and ended up firing them! They took our money and did absolutely nothing. They didn’t follow through answering emails they didn’t make an effort to solve the issues. We ended up hiring a new law firm that got more accomplished in our first meeting then they did three months!!! Think long and hard about using these people!
