Mike and his staff were nothing short of awesome. They were patient and kind during a very stressful time, recovering from a pretty traumatic leg injury from a scooter accident. They did more for me in 1 week than my insurance company did for me in 2. They found the witness to my accident and because of that, they were able to secure the maximum settlement. Two years ago, as I was riding my motorcycle, on my year long journey from Chile to Canada, I got very badly injured. After over 35,000 miles, my journey was abruptly interrupted, as a distracted truck driver failed to yield and cut the road a few meters ahead of me. Just like that, in a second, everything was over. I was then flown to hospital, had four surgeries, stayed for a month and spent months in a wheelchair after being flown back home, in Belgium. That's when Mike Colbach and his team got in. Mr. Colbach responded neither to phone calls or email, as suggested by his receptionist. Admins didn't identify themselves without being asked, a bad sign for any office. I would look elsewhere.

Chad is the real deal, truly out to help the less powerful and not in it just for a paycheck. Heres proof: I called him because my insurance adjuster was BS'ing me around with medical coverage, telling me I wasn't eligible.
