I was skeptical with my case to expunge and i just needed that last "push off the bridge" and Mary did that for me. I can tell from her tone of voice and the confidence she has in herself that this would all work out. I'm glad I hired her, it was the best decision i could have made, she's very communicative and makes sure you understand what steps she's taking to make your case. We all make bad choices in life, some pay and some don't and those that do pay should have a chance to clear at least their name from the public eye therefore i would Highly recommend her to anyone of my friends, colleagues or anyone in general.

Hiring Mary to help us with a auto accident that my minor age child was in was the best decision we made!! We had never been in a situation like this and had no idea how to navigate the police, the courts, ect... Mary and her team jumped right in with information and guidance to help us make the right choices for our child. He was ultimately cleared of all the charges. Whatever situation life’s got you into STOP HERE: Mary Sophia joined in on my year long- ongoing case just months before it finally came to an end as a form of co-council. She originally stepped in to help offer fresh perspective and assist in getting me to a comfortable point in being able to testify my innocence against the worst charges in the worst county against the worst prosecution one could go up against. What I got instead however is to meet a living breathing godsend. While fortunate enough to have her as my secondary attorney, I would absolutely do it all over again with her as my only attorney if need be. Mary Sofia is an exceptional lawyer because she has great communication skills, is personable, and understands the law. She cares about her clients’ outcomes. From my experience, she was able to help me navigate what would be the best option for me. She was responsive and answered all my questions. I am a person that is not knowledgeable about criminal law, and the overall situation, and she understood that, and so she took her time explaining the process. She gave me the different outcomes of the situation and explained which one would be the best one. The good thing about Mary Sofia is that she explains with detail the situation, and she manages to get you a great outcome. I have worked with a lawyer before, but I have not worked with a lawyer who is as attentive or has such a great sense of compassion.

Mary Sell is probably the best Attorney I have ever had. She always seemed concerned over my feelings about the case. She is articulate, polite and is not condescending to us low income people. I do believe her speech to the judge is what saved me a prison term. She stated the facts of my case clearly and in an understandable chronology that showed my serious intent for Recovery. I cannot praise her enough.

I ended up getting in a little bit of trouble in Oregon over a year ago when up on vacation for a wedding. Mary helped protect me in court so I did not have to drive from my hometown in California 8 hours away. Through the process she got me a smaller penalty of diversion instead of a DUI. Since there were a lot of court ordered tasks from the judge Mary helped me understand what I had to do and she even got me off of one of the big tasks of driving with a breathalyzer for a year. This helped me out since I just bought a new car and had to drive business associates around. The breathalyzer would have been bad for business and should not have been a penalty since I was not caught driving under the influence of alcohol nor did I ever driver while drinking. She kept in contact with me and my counselor through the process which helped since the counselor did not communicate well and was some times asking the impossible from me. Overrall Mary was not expensive like most lawyers and went up and beyond to serve me. I would recommend her to anyone in the Oregon area that needed defense. She works hard for you and is super polite and understanding. Go with Mary and you won't regret it.

She helped me out BIG time. I would be without a license and a lot of money in debt if it was not for her. She did an amazing job and paid attention to a lot of detail. Especially for being a court appointed attorney. I was very impressed!

Mary Sell was very helpful with my case she never hesitated and got the ball rolling immediately. She came up with a parenting plan that I totally agreed on and told me everything about custody battles and the way to go about it so everything would work out in my favor.
