I am so glad I found him. The process was easy. The documents he asked for were simple. When we went to court it literally took 5 minutes because he was so well prepared. Friendly and professional. The best at what he does by far. Price unbeatable.

We can't thank Brian enough for all his help in walking us through the bankruptcy process. It was nice to know we had someone on our side. He made it so easy for us. We appreciate him and the time he put in to dealing with our case. He was always there when we had questions and never made us wait for answers. We are grateful to him for making our lives a little easier.

Brian wheeler did a wonderful job for me. he explained everything to me in a way i could understand. he was extremely low priced and you definitely got your money's worth. he went out of his way to allow me to come into his office (to do the phone interview when my cell phone service wasn't adequate) even though he had other clients to deal with. this wasn't part of the deal but he bent over backwards to accommodate me, without any additional charge! I was amazed how he treated me so personally and made this extremely stressful,scary part of my life easier. he was always there to explain any questions i had and made the process as easy as possible. If i ever needed him again i wouldn't hesitate to call him. If you're considering bankruptcy I would definitely give him a call. he answered all of my questions beforehand and never pressured me into hiring him or even going forward with bankruptcy, he just answered my questions and I was surprised there was no no strings attached. long story short, brian wheeler is an outstanding bankruptcy attorney who does his job like people did in the past, with integrity, honesty and treats people with respect.

I was referred to Brian from a colleague/acquaintance who had previously hired him to help her with a chapter 13. I filed his contact info knowing that, at some point, I was probably going to need to reach out to him regarding having to possibly file for bankruptcy. When I finally decided to reach out to Brian, he was generous with his time on the initial consultation call and really listened to my situation, which I greatly appreciated. And after assessing my situation, he mentioned that he felt confident I was a good candidate for chapter 7. I was very nervous about the whole procedure, but he "held my hand" the whole way and was very attentive, amiable and responsive to all my questions and concerns throughout the whole process.
