I cant say enough AMAZING things about Brian! He was so helpful and honest, he didnt get bothered or annoyed when I had numerous questions Id email him about daily. I would highly recommend Brian Wheeler to anyone considering bankruptcy! I was scared and not sure where to turn when I first met with Brian. He was caring, professional, and knowledgeable and he explained the process and my options to me very clearly. My case was long and complicated, but Brian was with me every step of the way. He responded to my calls and emails the same day. He was even willing to come in on Saturdays to work with me. In the end, I was able to file a Chapter 7 and eliminate all my credit card debt while keeping my house. If you are struggling with debt I know it is hard to consider paying attorney fees (attorney fees from a long divorce were what put me in my terrible financial situation in the first place!), but Brian's fees are VERY reasonable. Having gone through my bankruptcy, I would not recommend trying to do it alone. Filing bankruptcy with Brian was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It transformed my life and set me on the road to financial stability for myself and my children.

Filling for bankruptcy was not a fun thing, but Brian Wheeler made it much easier on me. He is very easy to talk to and explains things in a way that i could understand without all the legal mumbo jumbo. I am so glad I was referred to Brian by a friend of mine. Super helpful though-out a difficult process. The feeling of self-resentmant, emotional failure, and self-worth soon evaporated after my initial meetings, I had with Brian Wheeler. I had met with Brain Wheeler on several occasions to discuss the bankruptcy process and I had a ton of questions and concerns about the process. After the first few consultations, I obtained Brain Wheeler. My first instinct was a right about him, He Was Great!! He was always available when I had questions. He would return my emails within a few hours. He would always return my phone calls, promptly. I only worked and spoke with him, not an office assistant. He was always patient and gave me the honest answer to my questions, he never placated to truth. Overall, he made my decision to file Bankruptcy a lot easier.

Going through this very stressful experience was eased by Brian's confident, patient and educated leadership. Brian was very patient with me in needing to explain things a few times before I understood many concepts of the bankruptcy process. He was also very supportive when I got overwhelmed and emotional. I trusted his guidance and decisions. Brian always got back to me in a timely manner, answered my questions and was honest with everything he said and did. If you have to go through this process, Brian is a wonderful lawyer to work with. My (former) spouse was going through the same process as I, using a different lawyer. His experience was different. His lawyer was very good, but every call, email and question cost hundreds of dollars. Brian's fees were very honest and he never charged anything more than what he said he would. He was wonderful and I highly recommend his service.
