Troy has all the skills , the confidence, and respectable grace , in a court room. He represented me in my Landlord tenant case and was right on top of things! He was eager , and very knowledgeable. The case was dismissed and that saved my housing. I couldn't be more grateful or lucky to have had him in my corner. Troy gave us excellent advice on dealing with our bully landlords. He interpreted our lease and we learned that we were in a very strong position to terminate it and move on. Before we talked to Troy we were scared of retribution or being on the hook for a lot of fines - now we are confident to stand up to them and take back control of our living situation. He made himself available for us on short notice and pretty late at night - we are so grateful. He is worth it!

Troy has been my counsel in a lengthy dispute for 18 months related to a complex situation with a former Landlord. Dang, what can I say. I had a manager that didn't know what he was doing, and decided to evict me without warrant. I went to Troy--he helped answer all my questions. When the manager pushed things to trial, Troy took over and talked to counsel for the management company. That fixed everything. The manager was replaced, the management company settled and paid all my attorney fees, and everything's cool. They reimbursed me the full sum of my deposit too. So, everything worked out. I'm pretty grateful.

I came to Troy for help with a retaliative landlord whose abusive behavior left me barely scraping by financially. Troy helped me resolve the matter without any escalation and I was able to recoup enough of my damages to ease the strain. We contacted Mr. Pickard for a tenant/landlord issue. He was responsive, attentive, and straightforward. He asked what we wanted, and told us what we could expect, and not expect. He made no promises, or strung us along with empty promises to line his pockets. Although we didn't get everything we wanted, we would have had a better outcome if we had hired an attorney early on in the dispute, and not have waited so long to see an attorney.
