Jose Klein is a very intelligent, compassionate lawyer, and an overall really nice person! He listened to me rant and rave about the treatment I endured from my former employer, and never once made me feel silly or out of line. He was the only person who actually acknowledged that it was wrong how they treated me, and that was really huge for me in that moment. He isn’t only kind and attentive to your concerns, but he’s also a genius and can truly hear what you are saying, and articulate it back and into a way that actually makes sense. I have nothing but great things to say about Jose and Damien, and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a top notch labor/employment lawyer.

I contacted this firm with some questions about employer privacy law, and slanderous behavior. While they didn't think they could help me, the Operations Manager I spoke with was diligent and respectful of my situation. I was referred to Jose and his team by a contract attorney who I had used in the past. I had interviewed a few attorneys to represent me and after my initial meeting with him, it was a no-brainer. Jose was my attorney that took care of an employment matter for me. Throughout the process, which was about 18 months, he listened to my concerns and walked me through each process. He is a kind soul, he would often check to make sure I was emotionally and mentally doing well. Although my matter was a challenging one, we had a positive outcome!
