During an extremely difficult time (in which the state of Oregon prosecuted on hearsay and appeared to disregard the hard evidence) , Morgans professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail helped me (and my wife) deal with the insanity from the coast. During the year long ordeal, she never failed to make the repeated long trips, with her performance and knowledge creating a better result than I expected in these circumstances. I hired Morgan to defend me in a bicycle traffic citation. We pleaded innocent, so the ticket went to trial. Morgan was very professional and thorough. She went out of her way to physically go to the intersection that the ticket occured, and make notes reguarding it. After arguing our side of the case and cross examining the police officer involved, the judge ruled in our favor! I felt like Morgan did a great job defending me.
