Eliot is knowlageable and direct. He is helpful in walking clients through the options available and talking through each option to help you make educated decisions about next steps. My wife and I had an issue with a local painting company who decided to change the scope of the work mid-project and we sought assistance from Eliot. His counsel was thoughtful and on-point and greatly relieved the stress my wife and I were under. With his assistance we were able to negotiate completion of the work. He was extremely responsive and patient with us. I will definitely be contacting him again in the future if we need counsel.

I was trying to decide what I should do about the faulty transmission in my Ford Focus. The class action lawsuit guidelines and arbitration rules were extremely confusing. Eliot clarified my options and highlighted the potential costs and benefits of each course of action. I have no experience whatsoever with legal issues, and Eliot translated the legal jargon in a straightforward way and pointed out aspects that I had missed or not understood. It was very helpful and reassuring to have an expert opinion on a thorny legal issue. Highly recommended.

I retained Eliot for a disgruntled employee issue and a State of Oregon Certification issue. Throughout the entire process Eliot was level headed and provided much needed guidance and support. He was extremely thoughtful and personable through the entire matter and was able to give me assistance in resolving the situation.
