Emily at Fitzwater set up a trust for our estate, and she has been a pleasure to work with. She did a very thorough job, and explained everything clearly and concisely. She gently nudged us to follow up on our commitment made nine months earlier to get her information, and worked with us on a draft until the documents were as complete as needed at the moment. We left with a clear to-do list and the documentation we needed. I recommend Fitzwater highly.

We first met with Andrea Bachuber to create a Revocable Living Trust for my dad. She was very professional and friendly, and I was impressed with her easy manner with my dad. She made things easy to understand, and I was pleased that her fee was quite a bit lower than what I paid a couple of years ago for my own Trust! She also referred us to her associate Chris Ray - we had a family conference call for his area of specialty - elder care. Again we were impressed with the level of expertise and grateful for the guidance!

I engaged the services of Melanie Marmion who was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout what could be an emotionally and intellectually challenging experience. My goal was to make sure that everything was in order legally and set up such that my sons could easily navigate the business of managing my estate upon my death or during my incapacitation should that occur first. It was immediately obvious that she knew this area inside and out, and was an excellent listener. She helped me to understand legal nuances, make decisions, and follow through with the necessary details, even preparing a to-do list for things I needed to do post document signing. I feel that my goals have been met and then some. She made it almost "fun" and I am so grateful.
