However, Leah was also honest about the complexities of the case and realistic about the possibility of litigation. Fortunately, Leah was able to settle the claim, which I credit to her expertise, but I appreciate her preparing me for all of the potential outcomes. I don't know that I would have received a fair settlement without Leah’s representation and advocacy. I had a case back in February where I was pulled over for a head light out and failed sobriety test. The state was going to charge me with DUI. But Joshua Ponds did an excellent job negotiating with the district attorney which lead to me getting all charges dropped except refusing to blow. I didn't even get my license taken. This is not the usual experience for people but I can say Gilroy Napoli Short did an excellent job defending me!
