Jason Short and his assistants Mary, Veronica worked really hard on my case. My case did not turn out as I was hoping for but I know they did what they could do as an attorney. I was subjected to a racially and hostile work environment. After much complaining and words falling on a deaf ear I got in touch with Jeff Napoli and his law firm. Evendo the naysayers said I did not have a case. Jeff Napoli took the case to a federal jury and argued that the Co silence and action allowed blatant racial and discrimination. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! I hired John Gilroy to represent me on a complex DUI case with charges in two separate counties. He did a fantastic job, and the outcome couldn't have been better. This is what I loved about working with John: 1. I used John Gilroy with Gilroy & Napoli to represent me in a very complex and multi-faceted case after a bad experience with a different lawyer/law firm (whom I dismissed). I travelled from Hawaii to deal with my case and made a point to interview several different firms. I felt instantly comfortable with John and his staff and never felt judged or looked down upon. I selected Jeff Napoli as my attorney for a complex criminal matter after interviewing two other local Lake Oswego/Clackamas County attorneys. Jeff had relationships with the prosecutors as well as the judge and did an excellent job guiding me through the legal proceedings. He even took time to meet with my very concerned wife to explain to her what was happening. In the end we got the best possible outcome, and I really appreciate him going the extra mile. When I was presented with an unfortunate legal situation, I didn't even have to think twice about calling John Gilroy at Gilroy & Napoli. Lawyers are people in which you need to trust to not only represent you in the courtroom, but someone who believes in you and wants to give 100% of themselves to have the best outcome for you and your future. It took over a year until everything was said and done; rescheduled trial dates, meetings with the opposing DA and then eventually a plea bargain that was easy to accept. When we were preparing to go to trial, I feel it is natural that I was scared and nervous but because of the faith John had in myself and my case, it brought ease to whole situation. If I didn't have someone giving me that encouragement and confidence in myself then I would have been a wreck.
