There’s no limit to the amazing communication and helpfulness provided by Mr. Short. I spoke to several lawyers over the phone when debating representation but after a few minutes on the phone with Mr. Short I felt confident in his legal skills and sincerity. I had the pleasure of working with Tucker Rosetto and we were able to quickly establish good rapport. Not only did he listen, but as a former prosecutor, he was able to explain how the other side (prosecution) views objectives and the rationale. Through the whole process no outcome was guaranteed and the risks of the various decisions were made known. However he was 100% of the time able to allay the fears and concerns my wife and I experienced throughout the ordeal. He is competent and was engaged wholeheartedly with my case. Mr. Rosetto was always quick in response to emails & phone queries. He's very easy and efficient in communications-that's huge for people like me who have had zero interactions with the 'justice' system until later in life! I had such a pleasure of being represented by Mr. Tucker Rossetto recently!! This was a DUII case, and would have been the second within a 15 year period… Mr. Rossetto, first off, was so non-judgmental in a time where there is clearly so much judgment passed to you… he was understanding and was there to help. Disclaimer- Do Not Drink and Drive… it is absolutely judge worthy… but you won’t get that from Tucker. He spent so much time reviewing all the evidence available, and really put the whole picture into perspective for me. Whether the outcome was good or bad, he was upfront and let me know what could happen. For my case, After review, he was able to determine different routes we could proceed with, and never limited his outlook to the police report alone. **The attorney for my first case simply looked at the police report, and was simply “present” for sentencing. Tucker took the time to review the whole case, in it’s entirety, from pull over through arrest, and shared his honest opinion throughout! Sparing the details, It was determined that my arresting officer had no probable cause to initiate a sobriety test after my pull over, and my case was dismissed, and I will be forever grateful that I was able to be represented by Mr. Rossetto!!! He will treat you like a person… Not like a paycheck, not like a guilty person, but a person. I hope to never meet him again under such circumstances, but will recommend him Everytime!
