We have been dealing with Michael for the past few years off and on. He has been very responsive and quick to get back to us with answers to our questions and concerns. We have never felt anything but trust with Michael and will use him for all our legal needs in the future.

Unfortunately, I was irresponsible financially and made choices causing nearly 160k in debt to a lot of creditors including IRS and Oregon DOR - the worse part, I wasn't even a homeowner. I was stuck, felt lost, and was spiraling downhill fast. I read reviews about Mr. O'Brien and was so fortunate to hire him. He has seriously changed my life. I'm a better and more responsible person. He wasn't there just to collect fees, he treated me like family. He was there every time I needed counsel - even on weekends. My case was difficult, and Mr. O'Brien negotiated with all my creditors and trustee to the point where I can sleep at night. He made sure on every level, my financial mistakes were just that. We all live in a life where we have the right to make choices. Outside of marrying my beautiful wife, this choice to hire Mr. O'Brien was the best in my 35 years. Don't hesitate to think twice about hiring Mr. O'Brien. I am still in an active chapter 13, and have been for nearly 3 years. I am on a maximum 5 year plan. The most recent thing (literally a week ago) Mr. O'Brien talked to the trustee to reduce my plan payment by nearly half the amount it was. Once again, even almost 3 years later, Mr. O'Brien is still right there with me through every step. I just hope nobody has to experience the horrible financial mess I wrapped myself into - but should you need someone to help you and counsel you to a better you - please trust me and hire Mr. O'Brien. Don't waste energy and time searching and interviewing attorneys. Take it from someone that still is under his care. God Bless!
