After leaving a message for Terry, I received a call back within the hour (on a Sunday morning). My wife and I faced a potential lawsuit and were beginning the process of finding an attorney to represent us. I had a lot of fear and anxiety, much due to ignorance concerning the law, and the process we were about to possibly face. Terry quickly assessed our situation, giving the exact information and guidance we needed to take the next step. His expert opinion alleviated much of the anxiety I was experiencing. I felt that his motivation was to help us, not retain us for services that we might or might not need. We ended up not needing an attorney, but if we had, Terry would have been the one we chose.

I’m a first timer home buyer and followed some advice that I might need a real estate attorney. I called around and Terry was the only person to say that I might not need a lawyer to close a residential home sale in oregon. There are risks and Terry explained those but for the vast majority of transactions where each party had a real estate agent and it is a conventional loan in general lawyers are not needed. Terry took half an hour putting me at ease about my situation. At least 3 other firms quoted me 1500 or more without hesitation. Will 100% utilize Terry’s services if and when I actually need a lawyer and would 100% recommend him to anyone in need as well.

When I was hit with a nuisance lawsuit (for the 1st time in my life) over the sale of a business gone bad, it was Terry to the rescue. I was very stressed and he spent a generous amount of time - both with me and my SO - in unpaid consultations so I felt comfortable trusting him with the case. I am thankful for the work he and his staff did on my behalf. He was effective in getting the other party [top] to end a harassment suit by drawing up a counter-suit, then standing his ground. This caused [top] to accept a much smaller settlement to go away. Also, I was delighted that Terry was able to get [top] to sign an agreement disallowing [top] to attack me in the same legal manner ever again, while leaving the door open for me to initiate a suit against this odious individual, should I ever wish to do so in the future.
