I find myself in a pickle with my HOA. They disapproved a planter that I would like to have in my front yard. I was hoping to find an easy, inexpensive way to counter the rejection of my plan. Terry Schannell is an excellent attorney. He helped me answer a question about someone who stole money from me completely with out a charge.. He told me how to find a lawyer for a small claims case and he also told me how to properly word what I need done so in "lawyer terms" so my case would be understood. Great and very smart person.
