We were referred to John Davis for guidance in estate planning and value of a trust in our situation. John was a good listener, collected family dynamics, challenged our ideas, focused our thoughts and in the end developed a great workable plan. Since we don't speak "Lawyer-ese" and the "Trust" concepts were unfamiliar, the one thing that finely helped pull everything together and sealed the deal, was a visual "graphic" presentation with decision points, arrows and boxes.
