Ross works very hard to make himself available, even with last minute requests. He's a stickler for the law with high ethical standards. If he feels that something is not within his knowledge base he's honest about it and doesn't lead you on. Ross is someone you can trust and is very effective. Ross Day has extensive experience in land use law and has successfully argued land use cases at state courts, federal courts, and the Oregon Supreme Court. Ross has also worked at the Oregon Legislature and has worked on election law issues and political campaigns.
I have known Ross since 2004 and have found him very knowledgeable and easy to understand.
