Ginger Skinner is a delight to work with. She is very direct, up front with her cost structure, very knowledgeable about relevant legal issues, and is passionate about writing in concise, easily-understood language. She went the extra mile when dealing with my estate planning, to insure compatibility with my wife's estate plan (prepared by another attorney). We'll both be back to consult with her in the future.

She is nice but not a great lawyer and when she is about to lose your case she withdraws and leaves you defenseless

I sought out Ginger Skinner because she was well-versed in both estate and tax law. I was a widow in a state of high anxiety and vulnerability about several issues. Ginger put me quickly at ease, answering my questions, reassuring me, and setting simple priorities. She didn't just look at the facts, she evaluated me as a human being and tailored her approach to meet me where I was. (This was very different from experiences I've had with other professionals.) Estate and tax issues can be emotional and frightening. It makes all the difference to find someone who not only thoroughly understands the terrain but is genuinely caring.

I turned to Ginger Skinner to help provide tax guidance on a very complex estate probate that had already been active for more than a year. She was immediately able to provide critical information that had not been provided by the primary probate law office or the accounting office they had originally referred me to. Ginger was able to get me pointed in the right direction and working with the correct resources to unwind the tax nightmare associated with the complicated estate.
