I hired Tom after a referral. The window of opportunity to file my personal injury and property claim from a vehicle accident was near. Tom was able to gather all of the details in my case in time to file and present the evidence. He was able to get me a just settlement after the insurance claim was initially denied. Tom and his team took care of everything and continually reassured me of my standing in the case. I am grateful for the work that was done and ultimately that we prevailed. I definitely recommend his service.

Mr. Spooner represented me in a car accident where the other participant was trying to get rich quick and sue for "free" money.. Mr. Spooner handled everything and communicated every step of the way!! I highly recommend him!!! I hope to not to need him ever again ::)).. but if I find myself in need I will definitely call him 1st..
