Erik is a professional and friendly person that knows Bankruptcy law well. He was patient, offered up very good advice once retained and made me feel like its "not such a big deal" as I was making it out to be. He handled the case very smoothly and the whole thing was done and over in a timely manner with VERY good results for me! Erik is your "go to" guy when it comes to filing your Bankruptcy.

I had been in Oregon for only a short time. By moving here I had already taken a pretty big pay cut which I was adjusting to, then the recession hit and my employer hit me with a salary reduction which amounted to about a third of my pay. I didn't know what to do, I had more money going out than coming in. I didn't have a problem paying my debts but just didn't know how to go about doing it without someone being very unhappy. I contacted Erik about Chapter 13. He was very helpful, put me at ease, answered all my questions, guided me thru the legal process that can be very confusing and nerve racking. After the market drop in 08 & one of our children's huge, uninsured drug treatment bills, I fell behind on several credit card accounts.
