I highly recommend Sandi for expungement matters. When I spoke to her for the first time, she was very helpful and thorough with how the process works. She sent me on my way to get the things I needed to proceed with expungement, and had papers going out no more than a week after meeting her. Prior to speaking to her, I was worried because I spoke to other lawyers who let me know how much they charged and it was just a lot of money. Speaking to other lawyers I felt like they were trying to rush me and just pay up where with Sandi she made sure to explain everything, as well as answering all the questions I had. I needed to remove old convictions from my report. I called Sandi Pellikan in February 2018. Sandi answered the phone the first time I called. She answered the phone every other time that I called too! She returned all my emails promptly as well. Sandi informed me of the process. She estimated that the process would take 4-6 months to complete. She knew that one county took longer than the other two counties. Sandi told me the cost. She told me she would start making calls right away to get the ball rolling and then again after 3 months to push things along. Sandi did EXACTLY what she said she would do! The fee did not change!
