I highly recommend Leskin Law's One Day Divorce Mediation. Making the decision to get a divorce after 34 years of marriage was intimidating, scary and legally bewildering. Steve made the whole process of a divorce fair, simple, fast and cost effective. Steve really does care about your wellbeing and insures an equitable outcome for both parties.

Returned calls in a very timely manner. Responded to all emails and text himself. I found him to always be respect and knowledgeable about the law. He personally always responded. I would refer him to anyone needing this type of lawyer.

Efficient and cost effective!

I needed a pretty basic divorce. No kids, other than a house not a lot of intermingled finances. If we both hired divorce attorneys the process would have been acrimonious, costly, and time-consuming. Steve helped us reach an acceptable split for a fraction of the cost so we both could walk away with more equity intact. It was great working with him. Highly recommend!

Steve is very knowledgeable about all aspects of divorce law. He is temperamentally suited for attaining fair and reasonable mediation and arbitration results. His unique framework for getting a result that is both fair and economical is vastly different from the adversarial litigation of most divorces.

We had an issue with a vendor that had gone on for months without resolution - we had already paid 1/2 for the work that should have been completed in 2 days but 7 months later, it was still unresolved. I spoke with Mr. Leskin directly on the phone and he agreed to help us with this. I sent him the details via email and within a day, a stern legal letter had been written and postal mailed to the vendor (Steven emailed me a copy which I then emailed to the vendor). Within 24 hours of me emailing that letter to the vendor, we received a call that they wanted to schedule a time to come out and evaluate what needed to be done. Within a week - the work was complete. After 7 months, it only took a single letter from Steven to get this resolved. We had lost a fair amount of money because of the original delay and when the vendor billed us for the final 50%, I told them they could either deal with our attorney or cancel the 50% that we still owed. Soon after, we received a notice that our account was paid in full. Hopefully I'll never have to use Steven's divorce / mediation services (I would trust him if I needed to), but he'll be the first one I contact next time I need legal help and I won't wait as long as I did last time!
