My lawyer in this firm was very knowledgeable about the issue I had. My case took over a year to get his full attention though and I felt like the response from the defendants was really ignorant and so intentionally thoughtless that my lawyer didn't express to them properly how much my suffering had affected me and continues to affect me. I thought my lawyer was going to handle this much more aggressively than he actually did. I'm still a client but I'm not sure how long I'll continue to accept subpar representation. I'm on a 2 year time constraint which is now down to 6 months to find new representation and start the process all over again. I guess if your matter isn't so pressing to you this firm is acceptable. One of the hardest things a person can possibly endure, is being a victim of a disgusting assault, then get turned into suspect!
