Didn't help me at all...knowing I didn't have much money , he still acted like I had a chance. Waste of alot of money . Just be honest with your clients when you dont think they have a chance. 8/22/2020. Mr. Potter and I are currently working on repairing our attorney client relationship. I appreciate Mr. Potter for caring enough to make the effort. And look forward to his help in my case

Don Potter is very knowledgeable and straight about what he can and can't do.

Was my elderly moms attorney. She was billed for a lot of money, after she had Fired him. He would not accept the fact he was replaced. The new attorney had to contact him more than once. Stay away from this attorney.

Mark has helped my ski club revise our bylaws. He also advised us when a key employee died. Mark is no nonsense yet very kind and an active member of the community . He serves as VP for the South Portland Business Association. Few know that he is also an accomplished physicist.
